SAINT MATTHEW DAY CAMP

July 8-12

9am-12pm | SMLC Worship Center

Saint Matthew Day Camp is open to any and all kids from age 3 (must be potty-trained) through incoming 6th graders. (Kids will be divided into three age groups: 3-4 year olds, K-2nd grade, 3-6th grade.) This year we'll be exploring how, like water, God can transform things, take different forms, and help things grow. Just like tiny seeds in our gardens that change and grow into plants, our faith takes root and grows too! Kids will do activities that include making a garden, making slime, making ice cream, and so much more!

Cost is $50 per child.

SPARK Sundays, our version of Sunday School, is for kids in preschool through 5th grade.  We begin our time in worship with our families at 9:00 a.m.  Then at 9:15, SPARK leaders escort the children from the Worship Center to the classrooms. On the last Sunday of the month, children stay in worship with their families at whichever worship service they choose.  SPARK Sunday activities include games, fellowship, crafts, snacks, music, small group and large group time and lots of fun!  Large group time teaches the weekly Bible lesson through skits and games. During small group, kids discuss the Bible lesson and learn life application through discussion, games and prayer.
