PRAYER

We believe that Jesus is our Healer and Comforter, and that God continues to heal our brokenness, pain, and fear through the power of the Holy Spirit.  We pray that God will bring healing in body, mind, and spirit and we look for the big and small ways in which God answers our prayers.

Sunday mornings: We have a prayer team available at Communion time; the people stand in the center at the communion rail.  We encourage you to kneel in front of them and receive prayers for anything you need, for yourself or for someone you love. The team is also available after the worship service - look for people with "Prayer Team" lanyards standing near the communion rail.

Healing Prayers: On the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 7:30-8:30 p.m., we have a prayer team that gives individual, private prayer for all needs - physical, emotional and spiritual. The time in Fellowship Hall is like an open house - come anytime, leave when you are done.

Prayer Tree: We have over 80 people willing to pray for any need that you have through our email prayer tree.  Contact us at prayers@saintmatthew.org.
