Join us at our IF: Tables for a discussion about the video “How to Connect in an Isolating World” with Dr Curt Thompson. The little description reads “Loneliness and isolation are at the root of so many issues today, and after a year of experiencing more isolation than ever before, do we know how to handle it? Join Psychiatrist Dr. Curt Thompson for this session on finding connection in the midst of loneliness.”

The first IF: Table is Saturday, September 4th from 9:30- 10:30am at Heather Comer’s home and the second is Tuesday, September 7th from 7:30-8:30pm at Tami Gomez’s home.
